 Allegro marziale (suggested tempo - quarter note =120-152) This etude features many of the technical challenges found in all of this composer's pieces in Op. 100. Prominent features include a melody using staccato chords, chromatic triplets and scale passages. The accompaniment also uses staccato chords as well as broken chords with sustained bass notes.
